The anticipated budget for client engagements can be more firmly estimated as a deliverable of our initial Discovery Assessment sessions. After more precise business concept development and selection are identified from initial Discovery Assessment sessions, the client and the FCMO can agree on revised time lines and scopes of work as required. Estimates are subject to the timeliness of the client’s participation and the scope of work the FCMO is requested to deliver.
