Message Pivot
3RADICAL With a charter to drive US market expansion, in 2016, Fractional CMO Group guided the introduction & launch of this engagement platform. This UK-based team offered an emerging digital marketing platform, boasting it was the premier “Gamification” technology. However, US buyers thought gamification was “old hat”.
Thoroughly assessing the platform’s features, we reassessed the benefits marketers could realize. We quarterbacked the messaging pivot to address unique North American requirements. We modified the message of “Gamification” to “Interactive Engagement with Real-Time Monitoring”.
Incubator Pivot and Re-Brand
FINTANK Led the transformation from member model FinTech incubator to acknowledged industry expert and large event production sponsor. Fractional CMO Group created an iterative, scalable and portable revenue stream.
Global Interactive Video Platform Launch
MEDIAPLATFORM In 2004 we designed the global marketing strategy and led sales via a partner channel and direct sales teams. We managed the roll-out worldwide. This breakthrough tech was one of the first Live & On-Demand interactive enterprise video platforms.
Companies like AT&T, IBM, Halliburton and many others helped drive over achievement revenue
Pivot to Virtual Events
BNC had a proud tradition hosting monthly pitch events for over a decade. These meetings were held in the conference rooms of downtown Chicago law firms.
The pandemic nudged a decision to migrate to virtual meetings.
The investors’ invite list has grown from 800 to over 4000. These folks attend from all over the world.
